Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery, all while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of incident management processes and best practices. - Experience with problem management and root cause analysis. - Familiarity with change management and release management processes. - Ability to create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
