This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through innovative problem-solving. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of system operations. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Databricks, Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Strong knowledge of data pipeline development and maintenance. - Experience with data integration, transformation, and storage solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot complex data workflows and optimize system performance. - Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and scalable architecture design.
