Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines. - Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data storage solutions. - Experience in designing and optimizing database schemas for performance and scalability. - Familiarity with SQL and data transformation techniques within Snowflake environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration and processing issues. - Understanding of security best practices related to data access and governance in cloud platforms.
