Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize innovative solutions that enhance client services. You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile mindset. Engaging in continuous learning and adapting to evolving industry trends will be key components of your role, ensuring that you contribute effectively to the team's success and the overall project objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Strong understanding of backend technologies, including RESTful APIs and database management. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable applications. - Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices in software development.
