The ideal candidate should possess advanced Power BI development skills along with good experience in Epic Cogito reporting tools (Radar, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer) to deliver actionable insights for clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders. The candidate should have experience translating complex healthcare business requirements into scalable reporting and dashboard solutions while working in Agile delivery environments.
