This role requires conducting thorough reviews to ensure adherence to established standards and collaborating with various teams to uphold quality excellence across projects. The position demands a proactive approach to managing quality frameworks and continuous improvement efforts within a dynamic and international environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the quality assurance domain. - Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration. - Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and process improvement techniques. - Ability to analyze complex quality data and generate actionable insights. - Experience in coordinating with global teams and managing quality standards across multiple locations. - Familiarity with quality audit processes and compliance requirements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM). - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - Should have completed Graduation from reputed College/University.
