This role requires setting a clear vision and strategic direction for AI initiatives while ensuring that ethical considerations are integrated throughout the product lifecycle. The practitioner continuously evaluates AI model performance and incorporates user feedback to refine and enhance the solutions, fostering innovation and alignment with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of AI product goals with business objectives. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency within AI product workflows. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project activities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration, Automation Integration. - Strong knowledge of AI product lifecycle management and strategic planning. - Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver AI solutions. - Ability to analyze AI model performance metrics and implement necessary adjustments. - Familiarity with ethical frameworks and best practices in AI development. - Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making within complex AI project environments.
