Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will be involved in problem-solving and innovation, ensuring that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously assess and improve development processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture. - Experience with cloud service models including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. - Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Ability to design and implement secure and scalable cloud solutions.
