The role includes gathering and documenting high-level requirements and designing effective business solutions that align with organizational goals. This position requires translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment. - Drive the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. - Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions. - Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and support strategic decision-making. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
