Your typical day will involve leading initiatives that enhance quality processes, tools, and methodologies, significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. You will work on evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in testing methodologies. - Continuously assess and improve testing processes to align with industry best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex requirements to design effective test strategies. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and their application in testing.
