This role requires engaging closely with clients to understand their needs, shaping solutions that align with best practices, and fostering trusted advisor relationships. The position demands active collaboration across multiple teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology-driven business transformations, while continuously enhancing the reputation of the organization through thought leadership and strategic insights. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve delivery outcomes. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. - Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and onboarding processes within enterprise environments. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client-specific requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable technology solutions. - Effective communication skills to interact with diverse teams and clients, ensuring clear understanding and collaboration.
