The role requires utilizing various analytical tools and methodologies to analyze client, market, and key performance data. This enables the enhancement of decision-making processes by identifying trends and patterns that support strategic business objectives. The position demands continuous engagement with data to uncover actionable intelligence that drives business growth and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights. - Experience in designing and implementing data models to support business analytics. - Ability to work with large volumes of data and ensure data quality and integrity. - Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to develop innovative solutions.
