This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of each project and translating them into effective software solutions. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals is a key part of the daily routine, alongside continuous refinement and adaptation of the software to meet evolving demands. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance. - Document application designs and configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Avaloq Wealth. - Strong understanding of software design principles and application configuration. - Experience in customizing and integrating packaged software solutions. - Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements. - Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting application issues. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
