Project Role : Custom Software Engineering Lead Project Role Description : Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery. Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives. Must have skills : Java Full Stack Development Good to have skills : Spring Boot, React.js, GitHub Copilot (GHCP), RDBMS like PostgreSQL or Oracl Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: Looking for Java full stack engineers who can do development in agentic way rather than manually writing the code and work with Agentic workflows Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality. - Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - 5 plus years of Java/J2EE enterprise application development. - Strong hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot, React / API including MVC, Security, JDBC/JPA. - Experience with messaging/event technologies such as Kafka, JMS, MQ, or Event Hub. - Good knowledge of RDBMS, e.g., PostgreSQL or Oracle. - Experience with Git, JUnit and CI/CD. - Experience with AI-assisted development tools, especially GitHub Copilot (GHCP). - Experience working in Agile teams. - Azure or other public cloud exposure. - Good to have Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes. - Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture experience. - Experience with Sonar.
