Must have skills : ServiceNow Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education ServiceNow Architect – Job Description We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design: Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, HRSD/HRSM, Knowledge & Case Management, and Custom Portals (ITOM is a plus). Strategic Transformation: Drive ITIL-based transformation initiatives, aligning platform capabilities with business and enterprise architecture goals. Technical Leadership: Act as SME and technical leader, providing guidance to development teams and mentoring junior architects. Solution Development: Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions, including design documentation and data model enhancements. Integration & MID Server: Manage MID Server lifecycle, and design secure integrations with intranet and external systems. Analytics & Reporting: Utilize ServiceNow Performance Analytics and BI tools for dashboards and data-driven insights. Quality Assurance: Oversee testing strategy, usability reviews, and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables. Platform Governance: Manage upgrades, new feature adoption, and architectural governance. Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
