Roles & Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of AI Led HR transformation projects including solution design, execution oversight, and ensuring alignment with client business objectives through engagement with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives. Own engagement management, including planning, budgeting, tracking deliverables, managing risks, and ensuring high-quality and timely delivery across workstreams. Build and strengthen client relationships to support account growth and repeat business opportunities. Lead and mentor project teams, including coaching, performance management, and capability development of team members. Drive practice growth initiatives, including improving productivity, utilization, geographic penetration, and supporting headcount growth while managing attrition and team engagement. Contribute to domain development, including creation of assets, methodologies, point-of-view, research/white papers, and supporting marketing, public speaking, and industry publications. Develop and Leverage AI-enabled tools and solutions to enhance delivery quality, productivity, and innovation across engagements.
