This role requires actively engaging in designing, building, and refining solutions that enhance client services. The work environment encourages adopting innovative technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous improvement of system functionalities are integral parts of daily activities, fostering a dynamic and forward-thinking approach to software engineering. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and technical requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks. - Experience with backend and frontend integration techniques. - Strong understanding of cloud-based application development and deployment. - Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance across full stack applications.
