Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet delivery timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and their integration with software solutions. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance on complex issues. - Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and code quality assurance. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive software products.
