You will assess the existing business environment, gather and understand high-level requirements, and design effective business solutions. Your role includes translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, you will support organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions align with organizational objectives. - Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative approaches. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions. - Ability to develop comprehensive business cases that support strategic decision-making. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams. - Familiarity with operating model design and implementation.
