Speech & Audio Engineer

Improve listening experiences in DhebeVoice. Work on intelligibility, language coverage, playback transitions and practical evaluation of speech systems. Remote within India. Full-time or paid contract. ₹90,000 - ₹1,40,000 / month. What you will work on Evaluate text normalization, pronunciation and audio quality using licensed or synthetic examples. Investigate clipping, silence, segmentation and long-form playback transitions. Collaborate with Android engineers on bounded, accessible and reliable speech workflows. What you bring Experience with speech synthesis, audio processing or a closely related engineering project. Comfort with Python or comparable tooling and reproducible audio experiments. Understanding of dataset rights and consent; no voice cloning or identity imitation is assumed. First projects Build multilingual pronunciation and segmentation test fixtures. Improve long-form listening evaluation and handoff between generated audio segments. Compensation Ranges are in INR per month, not annual CTC or take-home pay. For full-time employment, the range describes gross monthly base pay; for a paid contract, it describes the monthly fee for the agreed scope. Final compensation stays within the listed range, with hours, deliverables, deductions and engagement terms confirmed in writing before work begins.
