Customer Success Specialist

Help business customers get useful outcomes from supported products and services. Focus on onboarding, clear expectations and dependable follow-through. Remote within India. Full-time or paid contract. ₹60,000 - ₹90,000 / month. What you will work on Guide customers through supported setup and everyday workflows using approved materials. Track open questions, coordinate technical escalation and confirm whether a resolution works. Maintain accurate account notes with appropriate consent and avoid promises outside agreed product or service scope. What you bring Experience in customer success, product support or a related client-facing role. Clear written communication and a patient approach to unfamiliar technical workflows. Good judgment about private customer information, escalation and realistic commitments. First projects Improve onboarding checklists for Business Docs and approved service customers. Turn recurring onboarding questions into concise, verified help material. Compensation Ranges are in INR per month, not annual CTC or take-home pay. For full-time employment, the range describes gross monthly base pay; for a paid contract, it describes the monthly fee for the agreed scope. Final compensation stays within the listed range, with hours, deliverables, deductions and engagement terms confirmed in writing before work begins.
