The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, developing robust application components, and refining configurations to optimize performance and usability. Attention to detail and adaptability are essential as the engineer navigates through complex application landscapes to deliver effective and efficient software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software components. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable enterprise-level applications. - Familiarity with application configuration and deployment processes in complex environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple layers of software architecture. - Experience working with collaborative development tools and version control systems. - Good understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
