This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software meets expectations for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of solutions to support evolving organizational needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency. - Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core HCM. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development. - Experience in managing code quality, performance optimization, and scalability considerations. - Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed decisions that align with business objectives. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data governance best practices within enterprise environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
