This role requires managing application features, overseeing release cycles, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works closely with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and optimize functionality. Continuous monitoring and adjustment of the applications are essential to provide seamless user experiences and support business operations effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. - Required active participation and contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability. - Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of system modifications. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Experience in developing and customizing user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning framework. - Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming. - Familiarity with integrating Salesforce applications using APIs and web services. - Ability to work with declarative tools and low-code platforms to extend application functionality. - Knowledge of best practices for maintaining application performance and security.
