Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). - Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in requirements gathering and documentation to support solution design. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges. - Familiarity with process mapping and business process modeling techniques.
