The role includes advising clients on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements cutting-edge technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with strategic goals and drive innovation across the enterprise landscape. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead strategic discussions with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials. - Strong analytical skills to assess complex enterprise environments and recommend appropriate technology platforms. - Experience in technology cost optimization and value realization strategies. - Ability to develop and implement industry-specific technology assets that address unique business challenges. - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality consulting services in dynamic settings.
