Must have skills : ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Cloud Platform Architect, a typical day involves overseeing the design and deployment of application architectures within various cloud environments, including public, private, and hybrid clouds. This role requires continuous engagement with cloud adoption strategies, ensuring that applications are designed to leverage cloud capabilities effectively. The position also involves monitoring cloud platforms to maintain optimal performance and reliability, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to align cloud solutions with organizational goals, and adapting to evolving cloud technologies to support business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of cloud architecture strategies to support business objectives. - Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless cloud integration. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). - Experience in designing and managing cloud-based solutions across public, private, and hybrid environments. - Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices within cloud platforms. - Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into scalable cloud architectures. - Familiarity with cloud monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering cross-team solutions.
