The engineer actively participates in refining and enhancing software functionalities, applying modern development methodologies to deliver efficient and scalable results. Problem-solving and adapting to new challenges are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that the software remains robust and aligned with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Graph Databases. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Neo4j. - Strong knowledge of database design principles and data modeling specific to graph structures. - Experience in developing and optimizing queries for graph database performance. - Familiarity with integrating graph databases into larger software ecosystems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to graph data storage and retrieval.
