Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong experience in developing scalable web applications using Java technologies. - Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries to create responsive user interfaces. - Ability to integrate back-end services with front-end components effectively. - Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing application performance. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
