This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands continuous alignment of project outcomes with business needs, fostering collaboration among team members, and maintaining a focus on delivering scalable and high-performing software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices related to custom software development. - Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver complex projects. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions that align with business requirements. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective technical solutions.
