This role requires actively shaping strategies for both the organization and clients by bringing emerging ideas to fruition. The professional collaborates closely with clients, building trusted advisor relationships to understand their needs thoroughly. They analyze, design, and implement technology-driven business improvements, ensuring that solutions align with best practices and contribute to the organization's reputation for excellence. The role demands a balance of technical insight, business understanding, and effective communication to influence key decisions and outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the integration of innovative technologies and methodologies to improve delivery outcomes. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with client objectives and organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. - Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle management and talent acquisition processes. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules to meet business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders. - Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting implementations.
