Project Role : Deployment Practitioner Project Role Description : Assist the Deployment Lead in all deployment-related tasks including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots and resources. Must have skills : SAP ABAP Development for HANA Good to have skills : NA Minimum 18 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Deployment Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the Deployment Lead by coordinating various deployment activities. This includes organizing work plans, managing schedules, overseeing budgeting efforts, tracking key performance metrics, facilitating training sessions, conducting pilot programs, and ensuring the availability and allocation of necessary resources. The role requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the deployment lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align deployment strategies with organizational goals. - Monitor deployment progress and proactively identify risks and mitigation plans. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts and HANA database integration. - Experience in developing and optimizing SAP applications for HANA environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP ABAP and HANA. - Familiarity with deployment processes and tools within SAP landscapes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
