Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines. - Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and enhance collaboration. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Governance. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures. - Experience in integrating data analytics platforms with custom software solutions. - Familiarity with cloud-based data processing and storage technologies.
