This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous alignment of development practices with organizational goals, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and efficient. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain high standards and drive innovation is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment where quality and performance are prioritized throughout the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects. - Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software architecture with evolving business requirements. - Facilitate effective communication channels between technical teams and other departments to promote transparency and collaboration. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Apache Administration, AWS Administration. - Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience in developing scalable and high-performance applications. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices. - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
