This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the application meets the intended business requirements. The position demands proactive problem-solving, continuous communication with team members and clients, and overseeing the integration of new features to enhance overall system performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline workflows and improve application efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS). - Experience in designing and implementing complex application configurations within Oracle PCMCS environments. - Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and data integrity. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data management best practices within enterprise software systems.
