This role requires close collaboration with business leaders to drive financial performance, identify and mitigate risks, manage investments, and ensure accountability. The position also includes providing strategic guidance to the team to deliver value and optimize operations effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead strategic initiatives to improve financial processes and client satisfaction. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes within SAP environments. - Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting using SAP FI CO modules. - Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights. - Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with various business units. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing financial operations.
