Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain application performance and reliability. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Document application configurations and development processes to ensure clarity and maintainability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation. - Experience with integration of contact center solutions into existing business workflows. - Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with testing and quality assurance practices to ensure application robustness. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
