This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with complex environments to maintain system reliability and support business continuity through timely resolution of technical challenges. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability by implementing best practices and innovative solutions. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and support their professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Kubernetes Engine. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud DevOps Services. - Strong knowledge of container orchestration and management within cloud environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to distributed systems and microservices. - Experience with automation and scripting to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to proactively detect and address system anomalies.
