Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in customizing and extending SAP EWM functionalities to meet specific business requirements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP EWM environments. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in the context of SAP solutions. - Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.
