Job Title - Business Operations Analyst Management Level: CL11 Location: Bengaluru Must have skills: Cvent, Meetings Data Analysis, MIS expertise, MS Excel, Aduit, Reporting Desire Skills: Comprehension of Supplier Contract terms, Meeting planning, Attendee Registrations Job Summary: Mobility operates one of the world's largest corporate travel programs, covering business travel, assignments, and events. We deliver a world-class service to our customers, allowing them to focus on what matters most. The Meetings & Events Audit team will be responsible for auditing the meetings and events data ensuring that it is compliant with the global M&E guidelines and processes. On top of what is already added to the Meeting Request Form the team will be responsible for executing event reconciliation and closeout, which is a new scope for this role. The member will be responsible for entering actuals to the budget module within Cvent post reconciliation. The role will be 100% dedicated to event audits. Roles & Responsibilities: End-to-end event and budget audit management. Supporting global Centre of Excellence planning and Event execution planning teams Post event reconciliation and budget actuals entry Manage event technology-related support, compliance, and reporting.​ Management of budgets, invoice reconciliation and payments Build and configure event websites and registration portals based on event requirements.
