This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with team members to innovate and implement solutions that enhance client services, while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems to enhance performance and scalability. - Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth. - Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development processes and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Strong understanding of backend development, including database management and API integration. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies. - Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems.
