Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design and development of customized solutions that address complex client requirements. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization. - Strong expertise in solution architecture principles and best practices related to platform customization. - Experience in integrating complex systems and ensuring seamless interoperability within enterprise environments. - Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive solution delivery and resolve technical challenges. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
