This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while overseeing the implementation process to deliver high-quality software products. The role also includes troubleshooting issues, optimizing application performance, and continuously improving the software to align with evolving requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals. - Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth. - Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards throughout the development lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance applications. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools related to SAP environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software development.
