Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in problem-solving efforts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Gen AI Hub. - Strong experience in application design and configuration within enterprise environments. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Competence in troubleshooting and resolving software issues efficiently. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
