Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Transition. - Strong skills in managing change processes and ensuring smooth transition of services. - Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications effectively. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within service delivery. - Competence in monitoring and reporting project progress to senior leadership. - Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making to address complex project challenges.
