Project Role : Technology Support Engineer Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution. The role includes creating and executing Requests for Change to improve system functionality and updating knowledge base articles to facilitate efficient troubleshooting. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring thorough analysis and timely resolution of issues to support business continuity and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in documenting and sharing best practices to enhance team knowledge. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise. - Engage proactively in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging. - Experience in creating and managing Requests for Change to ensure minimal disruption during system updates. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex incidents across multiple business system components. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with vendors and service management teams. - Familiarity with maintaining and updating knowledge base articles to support operational efficiency. - Capability to work independently while contributing to team goals and knowledge sharing.
