The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure that the software meets specific business requirements. The engineer applies modern development frameworks and follows agile methodologies to build scalable and efficient solutions. Collaboration and continuous enhancement of software components are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring that the delivered products align with evolving business needs and technical standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to meet project deadlines. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Strong knowledge of back-end development including RESTful services and database integration. - Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the full stack.
