Continuous evaluation and refinement of applications to adapt to evolving business environments are also integral parts of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve overall team performance. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong expertise in developing and optimizing custom applications within the SAP HANA environment. - Experience in integrating SAP ABAP applications with various business modules and external systems. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. - Familiarity with performance tuning and debugging techniques specific to SAP ABAP on HANA platforms. - Knowledge of database concepts and data modeling relevant to SAP HANA.
