The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React.js, Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, Spring Boot. - Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and best practices. - Experience in integrating APIs and working with low-code platforms to customize packaged applications. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while maintaining system stability. - Familiarity with software release management and version control processes.
