This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of technical solutions with organizational goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The lead actively monitors progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and quality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes and team productivity. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components and alignment with business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable system design. - Experience in leading software development teams and managing technical project delivery. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on collaborative resolution and innovation.
